About New Mail Server
I have made the changes in the server settings so that the new mail server can start receiving all the emails and start serving them according to the login details already sent to you. However, this process involves the DNS updation of all ISPs and mail servers around the world. In simple words, they also need to know that PioneerHouse.com mail server has shifted from this machine to that machine.
The process has been intiated but it can take 24-48 hours or more by the time ALL servers around the world receive this update.
Therefore there is indeed a chance that few emails may be received on the old server. Click here to access the old server and check if there are any emails still there.
The new server can be accessed by clicking here. If the new server link gives you error message that means your ISP's "DNS" settings have not been updated as yet. Pleas try after sometime. If you wish, you can call your ISP and request them to update their DNS with regards to www.pioneerhouse.com to speed up the process.
The new settings to be used in your email software like Eudora or Outlook are:
Login name: Your full email address
Password: [whatever that was sent to you]
Incoming Mail Server (POP3 Server): mail.pioneerhouse.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp-relay.pioneerhouse.com
